• When importing cars from Canada, what are the necessary documents that must be presented to customs?                                                                                                                                                  

• When importing a car from Canada, as a country outside the European Union, a customs declaration is submitted. The following documents are attached to it:    Sales contract or sales invoice; Transport documents - invoice for container transport, therefore fees and insurances are also paid for the transport, which are applied and subsequently included in the customs value, on which duty is charged;  the vehicle registration card from the respective country from which it was purchased.

• How long does the whole process take from the purchase to the delivery of the car to Bulgaria?                                                                                                                                                                                                       The term is not fixed, from 35 to 60 days from the purchase.

• How can I be sure what happens to my vehicle after I buy it?                                                                                      

    We are an official car dealer from Canada, not just an intermediary, as are most companies in the market. Your vehicle is stored in our own warehouses in Canada from where it is loaded via. Our container shipping company. It is transported to the nearest Canadian port, from there by ship to a European port  and  finally to the selected Bulgarian port.

• Can I pay for the car after delivery?                                                                                                                                                     

We require full payment prior to delivery because we need to purchase the vehicle for you from the seller, including paying all associated costs. Therefore, transportation of the vehicle will be possible after full payment has been made.
