Stages when buying a car
Steps to buying a car from Canada:
Chooser per car.
If you have already decided to buy a car from Canada and have set a budget. Come to our office in Plovdiv, contact us by phone or email to make an appointment. At this meeting, we will give you more detailed information about how and where we will look for cars, what exactly to look for, and we will guide you in more detail about what the possible costs would be if you buy a car. At this meeting you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that we have not been able to answer through the site.
Preparing to buy the car from an auction or from a private seller.
You have already selected a car make and model.
We must prepare for the day of the auction (determine the budget - up to what amount we can bid). From the total budget, we subtract the cost of delivery and customs clearance, the participation fee, and the fee that the auction will charge and the remaining amount is what you have available for the auction. We'll also give you guidance on how to calculate the final price we can bid to, as there are subtleties – we don't want you to lose a car just because another $150-$200 isn't budgeted.
Deposit
Once we've set a budget and you've selected a vehicle to bid on,
you must pay a deposit (the value is determined by the price of the car).
A contract
For your protection, we provide you with a contract drawn up by a lawyer, for the purchase and sale of the desired car. In this contract, we undertake to purchase the vehicle you want, at the calculated, already paid value, within the relevant terms. For more detailed information, please visit our office.
Auction
It's time for the auction itself.We offer to participate in the auction directly with us if you wish. In case we win the auction, we proceed to the next step. If not, we start again from step 2.
Purchase
After we have won the bidding for the car you want, we make the payment (24h is the deadline). We issue you an invoice in your name accordingly.
Transportation
After we have already purchased the car, it is necessary to organize its transportation to Bulgaria. We will again provide transport options (domestic and overseas, as well as transport to your desired point in Bulgaria).
Loading
When you choose transport our cargo company loads the vehicle purchased by you. When loading, up-to-date high-resolution photos are taken to see the actual condition of the car at that moment. We are sending you a link to access a real-time tracking system, through which you can track where your car is at any time until it arrives at the port of your choice. We also send instructions on how to pay for shipping (domestic and overseas).
Unloading and washing
Once the vehicle arrivesBulgarian port, we carry out the entire procedure for its unloading and customs clearance (payment of customs duty, VAT and unloading and storage fee until its next loading at Avtovoz for the respective destination). Again, an invoice is issued to you by the relevant customs agency, with which you can pay the corresponding amount (by bank transfer).
Transport to a desired location in Bulgaria
The car is then loaded onto a flatbed or car carrier and transported to your desired point, and after its arrival, the amount for transportation from the port to your desired location is due.
Preparation of the vehicle for technotest
The car must be completely upright, in motion and without any external marks.
This is the time in which you have to fix any damage or malfunctions on the car. We assist with the selection of service and ordering of the necessary parts.
Technotest

Registration of the car at the traffic police
Full assistance for the registration of the vehicle in the relevant control authority.
